target="_blank">Seasons 52. The chef likes to revamp the offerings based on the fresh, seasonal ingredients that are available depending on the time of year. So every time you come to Season 52, there will be a new small plate, brunch dish, or cocktail to try.
Celebrate happy hour from 3 to 7 p.m. at Seasons 52 to enjoy a few of its tapas and libations with friends. Order a round of wood-grilled meatballs with roasted tomatoes and duck wing lollipops with a Korean Gochujang red chili glaze. Wash the fare down with a Cucumber Basil Smash, starring organic cucumber vodka, or the Grapefruit Negroni, a mix of organic gin, ruby red grapefruit shrub, and Campari. For brunch, Seasons 52 dishes out specialties such as braised beef short rib hash and brick oven-baked brioche French toast with blueberry maple syrup and whiskey-smoked brown sugar pecans. Expect similarly inventive creations at dinnertime.
